Our first engagement is usually a small piece of data engineering to get those sources into one warehouse and one semantic model.
On top of that we build the reporting that operations, finance and leadership actually use. Throughput, on time in full, gross margin, stock cover, labour utilisation. Where the data points to a forecasting question, machine learning gets scoped as its own small phase.
