Ask any experienced BI developer where they spend their time on a slow report, and the honest answer is the model. A well shaped model can make a dashboard feel instant and give the business a set of numbers everyone agrees on. A poor one turns every new question into a two week rebuild.
Our data modelling services cover the whole stack. From the raw system of record, through a cleaned analytical layer, into the semantic model that reporting tools like Power BI and Excel actually query. We design for people who will still be extending the model in five years time, not for a demo that has to look impressive next Thursday.

Landing raw data from source systems into a controlled staging area, with lightweight cleansing and enough logging to answer where any number came from.
Dimensional model
Star schemas with proper fact and dimension tables. Conformed dimensions across sales, finance and operations so the same customer means the same customer everywhere.
Semantic layer
The model business users see. Power BI datasets, Fabric semantic models or dbt semantic layers with clear names, hierarchies and reusable measures.
Performance tuning
Storage engine and formula engine balance in DAX, aggregation tables where they help, and query folding into the source. Fast without buying more capacity.
Security and governance
Row level and object level security designed into the model from the beginning, not bolted on later as a compliance panic.
Change management
Version control, deployment pipelines and a documented pattern for changes so a new person can extend the model without breaking the existing reports.
